Purpose

This site contains links to documents for those assigned to organise Circuit Assembly Departments. The content of this site is intended for overseers and their assistants.

Branch - CA Department Guidelines

Overseers: please download the latest S-330 document using your jw.org Circuit domain account. If you haven't set up your account in jw.org or don't have access to the Circuit domain, please inform the Assembly Overseer.

Assistants can request a copy of the S-330 document from their corresponding overseers.

Shared Folder

Click here to view our shared folder. The Google Drive folder, as well other documents are not publicly accessible, but are shared using the email address used in the department contact list or the Google account you had previously provided to the Assembly Overseer. If you have issues accessing this folder after you have logged into your personal Google account, please contact the Assembly Overseer (AO).

If you require the use of a department-specific folder to share with volunteers within a department, please contact the AO.

BAH Department Documentation

This is the latest documentation from the Brisbane Assembly Hall (BAH). The links below give you access to manuals and various videos that will assist you in your role in relation to the Brisbane Assembly Hall facility. These manuals do not give instruction on departmental guidelines as those guidelines are provided directly to you by the Branch. The BAH manuals and videos give direction on caring for the facility.

Please delete any documentation you may have had previously and redownload the documentation using the links below. Also, please do check in again a few weeks before the Assembly to ensure you have the latest version.

If you have any suggestions regarding the procedures or documentation, please inform the AO or AAO(s). With each update, please take time to read through the material and not rely on past experience. We thank you for your diligence and conscientiousness as you fulfill your assignments, always ensuring that our departments are well organised to Jehovah's praise.

Emergency Procedures

As overseers, please be familiar with the Assembly Hall's emergency procedures. The Platform and Attendant overseers will need to give special attention because you are designated wardens in an event of an emergency.

All overseers and assistants are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the Hall's emergency manual: click here to download the manual.

Volunter Pool - Brothers

The Google Sheet below contains a list of brothers provided by the congregations CBOE/secretaries from our Circuit. If the list has become inaccurate, feel free to update this to reflect your congregation's/group's publisher list.

You may contact the brother or congregation if you would like to recruit any into your departments. The list is a guide only, and does not mean you are restricted from recruiting other brothers not on this list. Of course, please make sure they are qualified.

Refer to the Roster Sheet below, if you need to know which departments a particular volunteer has been assigned.

Please note that some brothers that are trained/assigned in the Audio-Video Department are not available before and during the session, but maybe available after the session. Please consider this when double-booking these brothers as volunteers.

Roster

Please fill in the Department Roster sheet below, and notify the Assembly Overseer and/or Assistant Assembly Overseer, preferably 2 to 3 weeks prior to the Assembly.
